From ***WEDNESDAY 22nd JULY***, we’ll be using a new online system (Anima) for processing MEDICAL requests.

What this means for you:

– Submit requests online – no login or app needed
– No waiting on hold – your request goes straight to the team
– You’ll receive updates by text or email
