Staff roles
Over recent years we've significantly expanded the scope of our practice team to help better support our patients and GP's at the practice. Here's information on the type roles we now employ. Importantly, to ensure that patients are seen promptly and by the right person our reception staff will ask a few questions that help outline the nature of the request and signpost patients where it's appropriate. Patients do not have do impart this information but it helps us if you do so. Our clinicians then use this information to ensure the query is directed to the right person. In addition, we have recently appointed two prescription clerks to support our Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist in the processing and management of patients medications.
