Extended access services:

We now offer patients the chance to book outside of our core hours. Patients can now book routine appointments to see a GP or Practice Nurse/HCA in our extended access services.

  • Mon to Friday evenings - 6.30pm to 8pm
  • Saturday - 9.30am to 11.30am

Please note this may result in your appointment being at an alternative Surgery or location. We do not operate a walk-in service.

Self-Referral to Physiotherapy:

The new Provider Framework in North East Lincolnshire is now active. This means that GPs can now refer clients in need of physiotherapy, to one of 10 potential providers. Patients are also able to self-refer.

The list of Physiotherapy providers, in alphabetical order, are:

(Please note that this list is subject to change). If referred by the practice this will typically be to Physio-Works, though patients are able to exercise choice of provider should they wish to be seen elsewhere.
