Training
The practice will be closed for training between 1.30pm to 6.30pm on the following dates:
- February 2024 - Thursday 22nd
- March 2024 - Tuesday 26th
- April 2024 - Wednesday 24th
- May 2024 - Thursday 23rd
Extended Access
Appointments for Nurses, GP or Physiotherapy are offered from Church View Health Centre and Freshney Green Medical Centre at the times below. Appointments may be by telephone or in person.
- Monday to Friday evenings - 6.30pm to 8pm
- Saturday - 9.30am to 5pm
The times extended clinics operate from Church View Health centre are noted above. At all other times they will be delivered from Freshney Green Medical Centre. Our reception staff will be able to confirm at the point of booking if you are required to attend Freshney Green. Please note that we do not operate a walk-in service.
Out of hours
If you need help that cannot wait until the next day's Surgery, please telephone the local out of hours provider - Single point of Access on 01472 256256
- Monday - Friday 6.30pm - 8.00am
- Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays 24 hours each day
When you call you will be advised by the Nurse or Doctor on what to do next. Please remember that this is an EMERGENCY SERVICE ONLY, designed to deal with problems occurring out of normal surgery hours that need immediate attention.
